1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Azetly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

Azetly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial asset management purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service without our prior written consent.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use Azetly, you must create an account using either a valid email address and password, or a Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying us immediately at contact@azetly.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not create an account using another person's identity or impersonate any person or entity.

4. Beta Program

Azetly is currently in beta. This means the Service is provided without charge during the beta period and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or experience downtime. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice.
• Introduce paid plans at the end of the beta period. Registered beta users will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.
• Limit storage, the number of assets, or other usage thresholds as the Service scales.

Your use of the beta Service is at your own risk. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important data by using the CSV export feature.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

You retain full ownership of all asset data, documents, and content you upload to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Azetly name, logo, software, website design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Azetly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@azetly.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Service or other users. In such cases, we have no obligation to provide a refund of any fees paid (if applicable).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Azetly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) INR ₹850.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Azetly operates.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
