What qualifies as a digital asset in Azetly?
Domains, website hosting, SSL certificates, software licences (one-time or subscription), SaaS subscriptions, cloud storage plans, email services, developer tools, API keys with billing — anything digital that you pay for and need to manage.
Can I store licence keys securely?
You can store notes and upload documents (PDF, image) to any digital asset. For sensitive licence keys, we recommend storing them in a dedicated password manager, but you can upload a redacted copy of the licence certificate here.
How do renewal reminders work?
You log the renewal date as an Event against the asset. The Events dashboard shows everything sorted by due date. Overdue renewals are highlighted in red so nothing expires accidentally.
Can I track monthly vs. annual subscriptions differently?
Yes — you can log separate recurring events for monthly or annual billing cycles, with the actual cost per occurrence. Reports show you total spend over time.
